About the Munchkin Lady
Our Story
Munchkin Lady Baking Company was born of a promise.
Late 2024, our family received some unexpected news… Surprise! Your daughter has celiac. Like countless others, we went through all the waves of emotion, countless questions, and overwhelming confusion about what it would mean for our family and our daughter’s health. What do we do now? Will our daughter still get to enjoy being a kid? (Of course we meant...How can she live without cookies, cakes, and pizza?) So, as any avid home chef would do for their kid, I made my daughter, my “Munchkin Lady” as I called her, a HUGE promise… I promised her that she would never have to endure those store-bought gritty cardboard cookies, pizzas, and breads. That I would leverage every bit of my skill to make the foods she loves even better, and gluten free. Well, when you’re my kid, you don’t just say thank you; you say, “PROVE IT”! And so…. Munchkin Lady Baking Company was born! Our pledge is to keep the Munchkin Lady promise in every product we offer, making the very best, not the just the best gluten free!
